Amla/Indian Gooseberry

Amla which is rich in minerals and nutrients is good for health and for hair. Hair loss is mainly caused due to deficiency in vitamin C in body, so make use of amla to maintain healthy scalp. For this mix 1tbsp of Indian gooseberry or amla pulp with lemon juice and try to massage your scalp with the paste for few minutes and cover your scalp with shower cap and leave it like that throughout the night and then wash it off with lukewarm water early in the morning with the help of shampoo.

Fenugreek

Fenugreeks which are also called as methi are also used to treat hair loss. For this you need to soak a cup of fenugreeks seeds in water overnight and make them into a paste the next day early in the morning. Now try to apply the paste gently on your hair and leave it like that for 40 minutes, after that wash it off with lukewarm water. Try to do this once in a month to avoid hair fall.


Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera which has got good medicinal properties is also good for health. To promote good hair growth the only thing that you need to do is to apply Aloe Vera gel or juice to your scalp and leave it like that for minutes till it gets dried. Now wash it off with lukewarm water to feel relaxed. Make sure to use this tips thrice in a week to get thick hair.

Neem leaves Juice

Neem leaves which are rich in medicinal properties are good for skin, health and hair. The only thing that you need to do to prevent hair loss is to take hand full of Neem leaves and let them boil for few minutes in water until water reduces to half. Now try to wash your scalp with Neem water which has just boiled before after cooling them. Try to repeat this process atleast twice in a week to get glowing thick hair.

Egg white and curd paste

Egg which is rich in nutrients and proteins is good for skin, body and hair. So make sure to have egg in your regular diet and to apply for your hair. Here I am giving you egg tip for thick shinning hair, take the white part of the egg in a bowl and mix it well with a tbsp of Neem powder and fresh curd to form a paste. Now try to apply that paste to your scalp and leave it like that for 30minutes to let it dry. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Try to do this process once in a week to prevent hair loss.

Olive oil and honey

Take two tbsps of olive oil and honey in a bowl and mix them with a tbsp of cinnamon powder to form a paste, now apply that prepared paste to your scalp and leave it for 30minutes. This tip aids you in getting effective glowing thick hair.

Onion and honey


Take an onion and blend it well to form a paste, apply the paste gently on your scalp first. Now take two to three tbsps of honey and apply it over the honey on your scalp. Massage your scalp well for 15minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water to get outstanding result.
